Technical Skills and Relevant Software: • Data Visualization Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar.• Process Mapping Tools: Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.• Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence.• Database Management: Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages.• API Testing Tools: Postman or SOAP UI.• Azure DevOps for Maintaining Backlog and Creating User Stories• Customer Communication Platforms: Zendesk, HubSpot (optional but beneficial).Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 year to 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in insurance or financial services. (NON Negotiables)• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is advantageous.• Experience in cloud-based solutions and SaaS platforms is a plus.Role OverviewAs a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and drive the implementation of innovative systems and process improvements. Proficiency in Salesforce and Azure DevOps, as well as other relevant tools, will be critical to ensure the success of projects and deliver value to the organization. Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.• Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions to define project objectives.• Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and efficiency.2. Solution Design and Validation• Develop detailed functional specifications and process flows.• Utilize Azure DevOps to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate requirements.• Coordinate with IT and development teams to design solutions aligned with business goals.3. Salesforce Integration and Utilization• Leverage Salesforce knowledge to improve customer management and business processes.• Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other tools and platforms.4. Testing and Implementation• Create and execute test cases to validate system functionality and performance.• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to developers.• Oversee the smooth implementation of new solutions.5. Documentation and Reporting• Develop clear and concise documentation, including business cases, workflows, and technical diagrams.• Prepare progress reports and present findings to stakeholders.• Proper Organization and Stocking of Product Backlog• Proper creation of User Stories with detailed description and Acceptance Criteria.6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.• Communicate effectively with non-technical and technical stakeholders to align on project deliverables.7. Continuous Improvement• Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and insurance.• Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements for continuous optimization.
