Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM DeveloperJob DescriptionThe Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM Senior Developer takes an end-to-end process based approach to address key business challenges such as complexity reduction, lean manufacturing and operations excellence, process innovation, strategic cost reduction, and enterprise transformation and growth through fast innovation. Technical consultants are challenged to understand and respond to clients' varied business needs in both the private and public sector and work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to continuously improve operational and innovation performance. Our core offerings target different aspects of a client's value chain both across the enterprise and at the intersections of assets, processes, policies, and people delivering value.Your future duties and responsibilities include:Becoming a solid source of information in your area of expertise in development.Creating documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training sessions for junior members.Working in a team environment and contributing to the team's knowledge and experiences.Collaborating with the Solutions Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.Producing a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications.Overseeing custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work when needed.Meeting or exceeding agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for incident management, problem management, service requests, and change management.Participating in and leading project meetings with the customer as needed.Managing development designs and projects to meet project and customer required timelines.Communicating with clients professionally through phone or email.QualificationRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.At least 5 years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management development experience.Experience participating in the requirements gathering process for IT systems.Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.Experience in D365 integration and both cloud and on-prem environments.Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.Availability to work onsite 2-3 days a week in Taguig on either a mid or night shift schedule.Nice to Have but Not Required:Knowledge and experience in using Power Platform and/or other MS Dynamics products.Competencies / Skills:X++ ProgrammingDevOpsSolution ArchitectureTechnical DesignITILAdditional Skills:MS Dynamics AX FinancialsMS Dynamics AX Supply Chain ManagementMS Dynamics ERPAbout The IT and Business Consulting Services Firm:The company is a multinational information technology consulting and systems integration firm headquartered in Canada.In Partnership with JobsAvenuePH - Job Ad Manager - John Christopher Briagas
