QC Supervisor

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000With alternate Saturday scheduleRequired Experience:- Bachelor's degree holder.- At least 2 years of experience as QC Supervisor.- With experience working in a Japanese company.Job Description:- Responsible for ensuring that the product or service is fit for purpose- Analyzing and solving problem- Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against a set standard- Coordination with managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly.- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met- Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety- Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports- Another task that may be assigned from time to time by top management
