The Sales executive is responsible for promoting and selling sports medicine products to healthcare professionals and institutions. This includes building relationships with clients, processing orders, scheduling deliveries, and providing product demonstrations and fittings.A. STATEMENT OF DUTIESPromote and selling orthopedic braces to healthcare professionals.Process sales order, sample orders, purchase order and scheduling of delivery.Delivery of product to Doctors, Customers and Hospital.Actual fitting and product demo to customer.Collection of payment.Follow up collection and pending samples.Pull out of items and replenishment.Taking orders given by handled customers via phone call, fax or email.Assisting customers of their inquiries and questions regarding the products.Prepare and make follow ups on quotations to the clientsEmail pricelist, catalogues and brochures to customers.Submit daily official field assignment and itinerary.Monitoring of stock inventory.Familiarization of all the qualities and characteristics of the products for reference.Immediately report and take actions on any customers’ concerns and complaints.Immediately report Return to vendor and items returned by customer for pull out and evaluation.A. JOB REQUIREMENTSWork RequirementExperience in managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and collecting payments.Can conducts sales calls and visits to both active and inactive customers, gathers after-sales feedback, and assists with returns and credit memos.Proven background in driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction in the sports medicine sector.Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Biology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related discipline can provide a solid foundation for a career in sales, including sports medicine sales.Proven track record of success in the field of sales representative for at least five (2) years.Deployment will be in Muntinlupa, but you will also visit this following areas in Quezon City, Pasig, and Ortigas.
