Customer Service Representative (Seasonal Retail Account)
Work Location: Mezza, Marikina, & Makati (Onsite)
Salary: ₱20,000 per month
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Seasonal Retail Account team This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start or grow their career in the BPO industry. As part of our team, you will assist customers with their product inquiries, orders, billing concerns, and account-related issues. Your role is to ensure every customer receives prompt, accurate, and friendly service — helping maintain a positive brand experience throughout the peak retail season.
We provide comprehensive training, a supportive workplace, and the chance to develop your communication and problem-solving skills in a professional environment. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or someone with prior experience, this role offers valuable hands-on experience and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
High School or Senior High School Graduate
With or without prior BPO experience (training will be provided)
Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work onsite (Marikina, Makati, or Quezon City)
Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
