Job Description
Manage IPQC Teams for daily activities and ensure that daily quality target is achieved.
To ensure in process quality control by conforming to specifications and maintain quality standard by
approving in process production and finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze quality data and plan for quality improvement to meet department KPIs and quality system.
Follow up quality problem, customer feedback and field return quality issue.
Identify training needs for IPQC leader and inspector, prepare training plan and conduct training to
IPQC leader and Inspectors.
Ensure batch uniformity and integrity of products
Prepare weekly and monthly quality report.
Prepare of circuit diagram / drawing and work instruction manual as inspection reference / caution
points for IPQC leader and inspector.

Qualification
-with vast experienced on PCBA and UPS manufacturing as Quality Control
-knowledgeable in QC tools and problem solving methdology
-with strong leadership and communication skills
Highest Education Attainment:
College Graduate
