Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Lead with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Module to oversee the successful design, configuration, and implementation of solutions tailored to business requirements. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementation Projects and a deep understanding of customer needs, enabling the delivery of high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP SD Expertise:Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution Module.Design and execute custom builds to meet specific business requirements.Project Delivery:Participate in a minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementation Projects, with a focus on aligning solutions with industry standards and best practices.Conduct fit-to-standard workshops to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Testing and Validation:Perform functional and system testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the configured solution.Assist customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate requirements and resolve issues.Customer Support and Training:Guide customers through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.Provide training and documentation to support end-users post-implementation.Go-Live and Post-Implementation:Oversee the successful go-live process, addressing any critical issues.Deliver post-go-live support to optimize system performance and user satisfaction.Required Skills and CompetenciesIn-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD Module.Strong expertise in configuration, custom build design, and functional testing.Proven ability to conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with technical teams and business users.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module implementation.At least 2 successful SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Implementation Project experiences.SAP certification in SD Module is a plus.
