Description
- Performs inspection, diagnosis, and repair of returned motorcycle gear to ensure items meet safety and quality standards. Documents defects, completes repair reports, coordinates with QC and Warehouse teams, and maintains tools while following safety procedures.

Job Qualifications:
- At least High School or Vocational Graduate
- Experience in repair or maintenance of motorcycle gear, accessories, or similar items is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of tools, hardware, and repair techniques
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle returns and defective items with accuracy and care
- Willing to work in a retail environment and coordinate with multiple departments
- Physically fit and able to perform manual repair tasks
- Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
