Qualification:-Bachelor Degree graduates in Management or similar-With minimum of 5 years’ experience as Admin Officer-Knowledgeable in procurement, admin task, purchasing, and other deliverables-Knows how to make memorandum, do the minutes of meeting, implement policy, timekeeping and assist the day-to-day task in office and with the managers.-Directly reporting to the directors for the day-to-day tasks.-Multi tasking, flexible, good listener, and can work under minimum supervision.-Skills: Negotiation, organizational, leadership, communication, detail oriented-Willing to work in Pasig and start asap.Benefits:-Good salary package-Allowances & 13th month pay-HMO & Insurance-SL/VL upon regularization-Opportunity to go abroad-Opportunity to promotion/ increase in salary-Paid mandatory benefits -Paid OT/ holidaysSchedule of Work:-Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
