Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

-Senior High School Graduate (K–12 curriculum)
-With at least 6 months of BPO experience in a Financial account (Local or International)
-Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
-Must be confident, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
-Willing to work on-site at ANE Makati
-Open to shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends, depending on business needs
-Must have a stable internet connection for online assessments (if required)

Compensation & Benefits Package:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
-Basic Salary: Up to ₱20,000
-Non-Taxable Allowance: ₱2,000
-Program Allowance: ₱2,500
-Performance-based incentives (varies depending on metrics and account performance)
