Project-In-Charge

About the role

As a full-time Project-In-Charge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction painting/waterproofing projects. With a focus on project management, this role is crucial in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

-Coordinate and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion
-Lead project planning and scheduling to optimise workflows and meet deadlines
-Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and site workers
-Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes
-Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices and processes

What we're looking for

-Significant experience (3+ years) as a Project-In-Charge or similar role in the construction industry
-With experience in Waterproofing and Painting
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex construction projects
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
-Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and mitigate risks
-Proficient in using project management software and tools
-Thorough understanding of construction methods, regulations, and safety protocols
-A relevant university degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
