Working Conditions / Set-Up
- Flexible work arrangement: Hybrid or remote
- Weekly/monthly training and coaching sessions via Zoom or on-site

Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course (fresh grads welcome)
- Strong passion to help others achieve financial goals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Preferably with background in sales, finance, or business (but not required)
- Must be willing to undergo licensing with the Insurance Commission (IC)
