Salary:
PHRN – Up to 47K
RPH – Up to 33K
Responsibilities:
- Handle healthcare-related inquiries and provide accurate information to clients or patients.
- Review and process medical or pharmacy-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
- Deliver quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient or client concerns efficiently.

Qualifications:
- Must be an Active Registered Nurse or Active Licensed Pharmacist
- With at least 1 year of BPO Clinical/Healthcare experience or 1 year of Bedside/Hospital experience
