Underwriter Assistant

- Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.- Ensure all customers/clients receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and Monday Boards.- Respond to basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers/clients concerning a policy status or billing error.- Ensures that all relevant requests are promptly addressed and accurate information is effectively communicated to the client.- Ensuring the accuracy of all updates made to client payment information, billing plans, effective date changes, and endorsement requests through both backend and frontend systems.Job Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or College degree in others or equivalent.- Bachelor's or College degree in IT or any related computer courses is an advantage.- Critical decision-making Skills.- Strong research and organizational skills.- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.- Ability to complete redundant tasks.- Attention to detail.- Excellent Computer skills.- Experience with property and casualty insurance or commercial Insurance (preferred).- Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
