Sr. UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
* Lead user research to gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
* Develop and oversee user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that meet both user needs and business goals.
* Advocate for user-centered design by integrating user research and feedback throughout the design process.
* Craft and implement a strategic UX vision to enhance user satisfaction and engagement across mobile apps and websites.
* Translate research findings into actionable design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
* Design, test, and refine UX components, including navigation, interactions, and user journeys, to ensure optimal usability.
* Create compelling graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and layouts, to support UX objectives.
* Identify and address complex UX issues through iterative testing and analysis.
* Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Management to align UX strategies and solutions.
* Use customer feedback, analytics, and usability metrics to continually improve the user experience.
* Mentor and guide junior designers on UX best practices, methodologies, and tools.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a focus on user experience.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UX tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
* In-depth understanding of UX principles, usability, and user research methodologies.
* Ability to create user-centered designs that address real-world problems and enhance user satisfaction.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach.
* Superior communication skills, with the ability to explain UX concepts and design rationale clearly.
* Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers.
* Strong team player with effective collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with ride-hailing services or similar industries is a plus.
