About the Role

We are looking for HR Generalist / Supervisor to oversee day-to-day HR operations and support strategic initiatives across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR functions and a passion for building positive workplace culture, guiding teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise HR staff and coordinate daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and records management

· Support talent acquisition efforts including job postings, interviews, and selection processes

· Handle employee relations cases, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially

· Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of compensation and benefits data

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company policies

· Facilitate employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and performance management cycles

· Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files

· Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review

· Assist in policy development, communication, and implementation

· Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

· 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or generalist roles

· Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

· High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
