The main responsibilities of a ANALYST, GLOBAL DEBT SERVICES include:Day to day activity of the Associate is in the data collection and research, analysis and processing of data needed in relevant clients handled, reports generation, query handling and resolution from market participants (investors or intermediaries) or internal colleagues; maintaining and administering to an investor database; participate in daily team calls, contribute to improving processes by identifying areas for improvement or automation.• Develop a strong understanding of transaction document contents, focusing on key information relevant to investors and stakeholders.• Assist with reviewing transaction documents during the preparation phase of projects.• Check and process internal/external documents related to projects.• Distribute transaction documents to investors and intermediaries, ensuring they understand the key issues and implications.• Utilize MS debt team platforms to ensure timely and accurate task completion.• Provide professional communication over phone and email to noteholders, custodians, clearing systems, and intermediaries about active transactions.• Ensure all information provided to investors and intermediaries is linked to relevant offer documents and transaction details.• Escalate any issues or concerns from investors and intermediaries to the team lead for timely resolution.• Maintain high attention to detail, especially when supporting clients with tracking and tabulating investor instructions.• Facilitate efficient settlement procedures in collaboration with team leads and colleagues.• Demonstrate effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders, proactively seeking answers or guidance as needed.
