Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Schedule: Mid and Night Shift
Responsibilities:
Lead network architecture reviews and improvements.
Oversee new product selection and project execution.
Manage firewall/IPS rules and system documentation.
Ensure systems meet business and performance needs.
Monitor network health and coordinate with vendors and regional teams.
Support security incidents and disaster recovery efforts.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, COE, or ECE.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Certifications: CCNA (required), CCNP (preferred), Azure AZ-900 or AWS Cloud Practitioner (required).
Strong knowledge of IP networking, routing, switching, and firewalls (preferably Fortigate).
Experience with VPNs, IPS (Cisco preferred), WAN optimization, DMZ, Linux, and performance monitoring.
Project management skills; able to lead and manage multiple initiatives.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
Familiar with security standards, change management, and system lifecycle practices.
Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex topics clearly.
Team-oriented with leadership and coaching abilities.
