Structural BIM ModelerWork Set up: Hybrid Work Set Up | Angeles City Pampanga Work Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hours) Saturday (4 hours)Job Purpose: The BIM Modeler is responsible for providing support in the various BIM modeling tasks.Key Responsibilities:In charge of the construction of 3D models and preparing drawings using REVIT software.Updating of the 3D model in accordance with the latest information to ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines’ design changes and model challenges.Prepare BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and make informed decisions based on the design changes.Produce and check structural rebar shop drawings to ensure details are in line with the design criteria and specifications.Produce structural layouts and detailed shop drawings for civil and structural engineering works in accordance to design criteria and specifications.Perform clash detection.Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteriaFollow BIM content standards and development proceduresEnsure proper documentation of all drawings.Ensure modeling quality control.Perform any other duties as and when assigned.Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Structure / Architecture or its equivalentMinimum 3+ years of relevant working experience.Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standards is a plus.Proficient in the use of Autodesk REVIT is a mustCan generate rebar detailing, cutting list using Revit is highly preferredAutoCAD – for drawing linkage and cleanupA team player with a sense of responsibility
