Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and support the pricing and contract team, prioritizing tasks to align with changing business priorities and deliver maximum value. Refine, standardize, and optimize processes for customer agreements, pricing governance, and end-to-end contract management. Ensure all accrual provisions and payments are accurate, reasonable, well-supported, and processed on time. Ensure timely receipt, validation, and proper storage of all customer agreements. Maintain accurate pricing data in relevant systems and ensure reconciliation of payments and accruals. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for relevant revenue and expense accounts, ensuring financial integrity and compliance. Collaborate with global stakeholders to support business initiatives, continuous process improvement, and system automation where applicable.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in pricing and contract management At least 2 years experience managing and developing a team Strong accounting knowledge and practical experience required Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel Experience with Power BI and process improvement initiatives is an advantage Experience collaborating with global stakeholders
