Company OverviewWith its mission of "Turning encounters into innovation," Sansan provides its namesake Sansan B2B solution powering digital transformation in companies, the Eight business card app for individual professionals, Bill One for cloud-based invoice management, and the Contract One contract database.We are expanding globally, starting with Southeast Asia. To this end, we're establishing engineer teams in Cebu to develop Bill One.The Cebu/global development team is mainly focused on building new features for a worldwide audience, as well as supporting effective localization of products and services initially designed for the Japanese market.We seek ambitious software engineers to help us in these endeavors. They will do this by understanding and improving our products and their features, integrating and scaling them to new markets, and perceiving and prioritizing user experience and needs.ObjectiveSansan is a product-based company and not an outsourcing business company. Each engineer will be expected to proactively improve usability for our global users.The development process does not end with a product's creation. We will continue to evolve the features we have released as we incorporate the feedback we receive from our users around the world.ResponsibilitiesWork with the development team and product management team to analyze and define product requirementsDesign, execute, and review test casesReport test resultsTest planningHelp improve tools and processesMentor and/or train QA group membersSupport the QA lead and manager in test planningCollaborate with the development team and other stakeholders in investigating bugs and defectsPerform other QA or corporate tasks as assigned by superiors.Required skills and experienceAt least 7 years of experience testing web applicationsKnowledgeable and experienced in designing different test types, using different test methodologiesKnowledgeable and experienced in designing non-functional test casesExperience in improving test coverageExperience working with an agile teamBasic leadership skillsWillingness to mentor junior team membersHighly collaborative team playerValue continuous learning and improvementGood understanding of the software development life cycle and software testing life cyclePreferred skills and experienceISTQB foundation level certified (CTFL)Test automation experienceExperience with databases and microservicesDevelopment EnvironmentProgramming Languages, Libraries, etc.-Front end: HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React.js-Back end: Kotlin, KtorOther-Docker, Cloud BuildInfrastructure-GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Tasks, etc.)Database-Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL)Monitoring-Cloud Logging, SentryCI-Cloud BuildCode Management-GitHubAutomation Framework-PlaywrightWork schedule: M-F 930 am to 630 pmBenefits13th month, performance bonus, wage increaseHMO from 1 day of joining for employee + 2 dependentsVL 12 (up to 15) SL 12Hybrid work (3 days in the office)Allowances: Transpo, internet, medicalTeam building eventsFree breakfast 2x a monthYearly awards
