HR and Admin Assistant

Job Description:
- Assist in managing employee records and personal files.
- Support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee information.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Familiarity in HR Labor laws, company regulations and government requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in HR roles
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational abilities and discretion
Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of HR planning and payroll processes
Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
