Position: Procure to Pay- Team Lead

Location: NAGA city
Salary: Php 45,000 – Php 50,000
Schedule: Night Shift | Monday to Friday

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial or any related course
✨with atleast 4-5 years of experience in Procure to Pay
✨With at least 2- 3 years of experience as Team Lead role.
✨Amenable to work in Naga City
✨Can work night shift schedule
Job Responsibilities:
✨ Track and report service performance, contributing to strategic financial results within their area of responsibility.
✨Assist in the development of strategies and set operational objectives, working closely with the Delivery Manager.
✨Accountable for individual or team results, with the potential to contribute to activities that impact customer satisfaction, immediate costs, or expenses.
✨analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives, and challenge the validity of existing procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve them.
✨Handle escalated and more complex customer service issues, ensuring client satisfaction
