Sta. Rosa City, Laguna Work Schedule: Midshift Schedule (2PM
- 11PM or 3PM
- 12MN)
Salary:
Php100,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid setup (2 days Onsite, 3 days WFH)

✨Government Mandated Benefits ✨Provided work equipment (Laptop) ✨13th & 14th Month Pay ✨Sick leave and Vacation leave ✨Allowances ✨HMO ✨Retirement Plan ✨Performance bonus ✨Transportation allowance REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: ✨Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin. ✨Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ✨Open to undergraduates with relevant experience. ✨With 3 years of experience in strategic procurement. ✨With a background or knowledge in SAP or (ERP) systems. ✨Has experience in relevant markets, suppliers, and product categories. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION: ✨Develop and execute procurement strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and aligning with business requirements. ✨Manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. ✨Lead contract, pricing, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with agreed terms, cost targets, and delivery requirements. ✨Identify cost optimization opportunities through savings initiatives, budget analysis, supply chain risk assessment, and business case evaluations. ✨Prepare reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote company policies and values. RECRUITMENT PROCESS: ✨Paper Screening ✨Initial Interview with HR (Culture Fit Questions) ✨Technical Interview with HM (Checking skills) ✨Language Assessment ✨Final Interview
