Job Overview: To ensure the effective implementation of Quality Management Systems, Food Safety Management System, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and other programs in the plant.Qualifications:1. Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physical Sciences, or Food Technology or equivalent course.2. At least 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry. Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.3. Above average supervisory skills - planning, leading, organizing, controllingComputer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)4. Knowledgeable in ISO FSSC 22000 is an advantage5. Above average people and communication skills6. Highly responsible with a positive working attitude7. Must be wiling to be assigned in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
