JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer and direct emails, and other correspondence Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as requested
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists and databases
Handle requests for information and data
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Assist in the on-boarding process for new hires
Monitor office equipment and report necessary repairs
Ensuring that ISO forms are properly used and processes are aligned with the QMP
Processes all documentation, requests, and other clerical tasks related to Operations
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
JOB SPECIFICIATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
LOCATION
Place of assignment is in Froneri Ice Cream located Pulilan, Bulacan
