PPSM Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION• Control delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services• Monitors delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services• Plan programs, projects and/or managed servicesJOB QUALIFICATIONS• Must have at least 4 to 8 years of relevant experiences• Project or Program experience• Transition Management experience• Continuous Improvement and Governance experience• Knowledge in Excel (VBA or Macro)• General knowledge on Transformation only; no six sigma belts/certifications required• Working experience in building / mobilizing reports• Keen attention to detail• Good communication skills; can communicate across different levels within the organization• Strong project management skills with working experience on risk and issue management• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision• Can work well as part of a team; ability to work well across different levels and can also lead multiple teams• Good stakeholder management, with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.• Strong Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills
