We are seeking a results-driven Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in retail or supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping processes, and supporting the implementation of technology and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units (operations, logistics, merchandising, inventory) to collect and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
- Prepare functional specifications, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and process flow diagrams.
- Support project planning and delivery by coordinating with technical teams, QA, and stakeholders.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide actionable insights using data to support retail and supply chain decision-making.
- Support change management through communication, training, and documentation efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in retail or supply chain domains.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and demand planning.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Visio, Jira, or similar business analysis/project tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP or retail/supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is an advantage.

Work Schedule:
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hybrid setup: First 1–4 months onsite for transition, then 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH.
