Menu creation, food purchasing, and cost control.Monitors production systems (stock levels, ordering and receiving of items).Overall management and implementation of production and quality standards, policies and procedures in the kitchen.Customer engagement, sales achievement, process improvement and inventory management.Training of new personnel, scheduling and performance reviews.Job Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in the similar role.Proficient in hotel restaurant operations.Well-versed in P&L report.Good communications skills.Graduate of Culinary Science or related field.Certification in bartending, barista and/or culinary expertise is a plus.
