QUALIFICATIONS: At least 1 year and 5 months of hands-on HCC coding experience (excluding training period).At least 2 years of direct SDS coding experience (excluding training period).Must be a graduate of a medical allied course (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, etc.).Must have a certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CCS).Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and coding software platforms.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Good communication and reporting skills.
