• With at least 1 year of Sales experience.
• With driver's license
• Knowledgeable in using SAP
• Knows how to deal with clients and with strong and good analytical skills
• Enthusiastic and strong-willed
• Computer Literate
• Good in report writing and presentation.
• With ability to establish continuous improvement of process.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• With experience in sales work is an advantage
• Willing to travel and render overtime

Job Description:
• Purchase order Monitoring per Appliance
• Preparation of delivery Instruction and Sales Order monitoring per dealer account.
• Account Receivable Monitoring and collections .
• Orientation/Product Training of new dealer & Promoters.
• Coaching and providing techniques and methods to improve the sell-out of the promoters.
• Submission of correct price list to Appliance Dealer.
• To ensure on time submission of Monthly KPI Results and reasons for the non-attainment of target and projection for the coming month vs forecast.
• Monitoring the sell-out of promoters assigned in the stores, preparing and monitoring payment of incentives owed to the promoters or any sales agent. Preparing Branch Managers Incentives (BMI) and Sales Man Incentives (SMI) in case applicable.
• Maintain and look for new Appliance dealer.
• Follow up the Purchase Order (PO) from clients, prepare the delivery schedule, and ensure that P.O are served as required by the customers. Monitoring of Per Appliance Sales Performance ( sell in and out) and consolidation of DTR and sell out of all promoters
• Process the accreditation requirements of customers/dealers.
• Coordinates technical and or sales trainings for clients
• Ensure execution plan meets or exceeds in a monthly basis.
• Visit all handled stores at least twice a month per store
• And other task may assign.
