General: •Outstanding reading comprehension •Meticulous attention to Detail •Self-starter willing to learn new tasks and explore new experiences.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: •Managing the entire client GL, resolving discrepancies•Assist in the preparation and verification of financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate. •Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies •Financial reporting •Budgeting and Forecasting•Analysis •Reconciliations •Providing accounting services to all areas of the client business as necessary. •Bookkeeping: Prepare or review client bookkeeping. Record transactions, reconcile accounts, run reports. •Document management: Request, receive and organize client documentation. Read and understand a wide variety of documents and know where to file them. Requirements: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related course•Must have excellent English communication skills. •Must have experience in software like Xero and Xero Practice Manager (Class is preferred but not essential)•Good understanding of Australian tax legislation•At least 2 years of relevant Australian work experience is required for this position. •Experience in a BPO setting or handling multiple clients is an advantage•Must be willing to work on an AUS shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL).
