- Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financials.- Serve as a point of contact for clients during Workday implementation projects, ensuring their requirements are met.- Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Support system integrations between Workday and other applications.- Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution during and post-implementation.Required Skills:- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses from reputable university or college institution.- Has at least 5 years in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core, Compensation, - - Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports etc.- At least 5 years implementing Workday in business processes design, security configuration, etc. in the full life cycle (requirement analysis, solution design, drive testing, post-go- live support) following the Workday methodology and internal and external auditing standards.- Business focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical and business stakeholders; has the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and compelling.- Has experience in working with and leading teams in onshore.Additional Notes:- This position will be working with global organization of independent professional services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.Working Set-up: HybridWork Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
