Recruitment Specialist

Position Summary: The Recruitment Specialist helps the organization find the right candidates for specific roles. This position is responsible for filling vacancies - including, but not limited to, roles in Operations, Management, and Support - by researching potential candidates, conducting interviews, and building a network of top-tier talent within the industry. Responsibilities: Source and recruit qualified prospective employees through proven recruiting channels and community networking, while projecting a positive company image to ensure a steady flow of applicantsUnderstand job requirements for staffing needsHelp develop cost-effective recruitment marketing and sourcing strategiesConduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications for hireScreen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and clientsProvide candidates with an overview of the salary package, training allowance, and benefitsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activitiesParticipate in both internal and external recruitment events to tap into the local labor poolMaintain recruitment trackersReach out to candidates and relay application resultsPrepare regular reports on the recruiting and hiring efforts and outcomesMonitor candidates in the recruitment pipeline, ensure resumes and interview notes are properly uploaded to the ATS, and send timely updates to candidatesEnsure compliance with all recruitment policies and proceduresPerform other duties of a similar nature or level Qualifications: Bachelors/College degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or equivalent experienceAt least 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environmentStrong team player with a positive work attitudeAbility to expedite talent acquisition, present opportunities effectively, and assess the skill sets and motivations of prospective candidatesStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer functionsExcellent time management skillsAble to work with minimal supervisionWilling to work the mid shiftAmenable to schedule changes, overtime, and holiday workWilling to work on-siteSelect VoiceCom is an American and Australian-owned company providing call center services.
