The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.
Position: Mandarin Product Data Management Team Lead Hybrid Set-up

- The company will discuss Other Benefits REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
- Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Having minimum of 4–6 years in product data management, marketing operations, or related fields, with emphasis on digital marketing or e-commerce environments.
- Having prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector or similar industries, with strong understanding of product data’s role in marketing effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems; familiarity with marketing technology stacks. Basic knowledge of data integration and automation workflows is advantageous.
- Proven ability to maintain data accuracy and consistency across platforms, with skills in identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and translate data-related issues into actionable solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve product data challenges efficiently.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with flexibility to adapt to evolving product data management needs in fast-paced environments. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Organize, maintain, and update product information within the Product Information Management (PIM) system, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and accessibility for all teams.
- Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product data across platforms. Identify and resolve discrepancies to uphold high-quality standards.
- Partner with Marketing, IT, Content teams, and the Senior Product Data Manager to support data integration and ensure product information aligns with marketing objectives.
- Assist in enforcing governance policies and best practices to maintain product data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
- Support the integration of product data into digital marketing platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and optimized automation processes.
- Help create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor product data performance, delivering actionable insights for optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with the Senior Product Data Manager to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation.
- Assist in documenting processes, guidelines, and best practices. Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure proper data management across platforms.
- Proactively identify product data issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them, minimizing disruptions to marketing activities.
