Job Summary:

Responsible for performing general utility tasks and serving as a liaison for the office by delivering documents, coordinating with partner offices, and performing errands to support day-to-day operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Delivering and collect official documents, communications, and supplies to and from partner offices, agencies, and other locations.

* Perform general office errands and tasks to assist administrative and operational needs.

* Coordinate with government offices, service providers, and other organizations for official transactions.

* Maintain records of deliveries, errands, and completed transactions.

* Assist in setting up for events, meetings, or field activities as required.

* Perform minor maintenance and utility tasks within the office premises.

* Ensure timely and safe completion of errands using assigned motorcycle

* Observe safety, security, and confidentiality in all duties.
