Truck Helper

Key Responsibilities
Loading and Unloading: Assist in safely loading and unloading goods, materials, or equipment from the truck.
Securing Cargo: Properly stack, pad, and secure items on the truck to prevent damage during transit.
Navigation: Help the driver find delivery locations using GPS, maps, or by providing directions.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, collect receipts or signatures, and sometimes collect payments from clients.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery records, complete documentation, and log delivery information.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform minor routine maintenance, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and gas.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and traffic regulations, and ensure the safe transportation of goods.
Communication: Effectively communicate with the truck driver, dispatchers, and customers to relay information or resolve issues.
