We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our growing team (Sparco and GoKart Department)
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist walk-in and online customers with product inquiries and order processing.
· Maintain accurate customer records, sales files and databases.
· Monitor inventory levels and update product availability to the sales team.
· Handle customer follow-ups, complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
· Participate events as assigned.
· Perform other related duties as may be required by the Sales supervisor or Management.
III. Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or any related field.
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· Female (Preferably)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Organized and Detail-oriented.
· Customer-Oriented and can handle multiple tasks with professionalism.
