Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course.
Must have minimum 3 years of work experience as a Network Administrator.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the administration and maintenance of enterprise-level networks.
Proficient in the configuration and management of security appliances, with expertise in Checkpoint Firewall and Cisco Nexus systems.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience in network troubleshooting, ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain optimal network performance.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing Network High Availability solutions to ensure uninterrupted network services.
Hands-on experience with advanced networking concepts including Virtual Port Channel / Ether Channel, Virtual Routing and Forwarding, and IP Routing and Switching.
Proficient in Linux Network Administration, including system configuration, performance tuning, and security management.
Possession of a valid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification, showcasing a solid foundation in Cisco networking technologies.
Expertise in VLAN Switching, ensuring efficient network segmentation and management.
Familiarity with Information Security Management System (ISMS) principles and practices, with practical experience in implementing ISMS protocols.
Strong understanding and application of ISMS (Information Security Management System) principles, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network resources.

Job Description:

Work with the IT infrastructure team to implement and maintain a multi-cloud environment including physical & virtual servers, cloud systems/services, operating systems, network hardware and IP telecommunications services.
Ensure the availability, security and reliability of our infrastructure environment, including servers, storage, backup, cloud systems/services and communications. Providing technical support and guidance to technical support specialists and work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
Manage documentation of the infrastructure environment and assist with licensing reviews.
Assist in planning and scaling the infrastructure environment to meet the needs of the company, though researching, evaluating, and recommending cloud and network hardware and software products and services.
Participating in on-call rotation and off-hours maintenance windows and activities.
Assist with updates, functionality testing, backup and recovery testing. Work with team members, consultants and vendors to ensure compliance to service levels, security standards and issue resolution.
