Responsibilities:-Address customer inquiries and complaints: This involves actively listening to customers, understanding their issues, and providing prompt and accurate resolutions through various channels like email and live chat.-Maintain a positive and professional demeanor: Customer service representatives are often the first point of contact for players, and ensuring a friendly and helpful attitude is crucial.-Up-to-date knowledge of igaming products and services: Being familiar with the specific games, bonuses, and other offerings of the company is essential to answer customer queries effectively.-Adherence to company policies and regulations: The online gambling industry is heavily regulated, and understanding and following the company's specific policies and procedures is essential.-Verifying player identities: Following Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, you might be responsible for verifying the identity and age of players.-Identifying and escalating complex issues: For intricate problems beyond your expertise, you might need to escalate them to appropriate teams within the organization.Requirements:-Native language must be Japanese and can speak in English-Has previous solid experience as a CSR or related-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  -Problem-solving and analytical abilities -Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure -Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly-Salary will be paid in USD ($1400 - $2800)
