Salary:
Php 100,000
- Php 150,000 (Negotiable) Work Set Up: Work On-site

- Government Mandated Benefits REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film Production, Lighting Design, Photography, Videography, or any related field.
- Skilled in lighting setup and design for film production, live streaming, and gaming environments.
- Familiar with PAGCOR regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
- Has experience handling large-scale productions, eSports events, or virtual production projects.
- Knowledgeable in cloud-based production systems and virtual platforms such as Unreal Engine or Unity. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all productions are executed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Plan, direct, and implement lighting designs and shooting setups for film production, live streaming, gaming content, and other studio projects.
- Manage and maintain production equipment, including cameras, lighting systems, audio equipment, and post-production tools, while coordinating necessary upgrades.
- Lead and supervise photographers, videographers, lighting technicians, production staff, and other technical personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all studio activities comply with PAGCOR regulations and applicable gaming industry standards.
- Oversee production budgets, allocate resources effectively, coordinate production schedules, and monitor operational costs.
- Evaluate and enhance studio workflows, production processes, and operational systems to improve efficiency and overall team performance.
