Fund Onboarding AnalystJob Description• Curate collaborative relationships with custodians, fund administrators, and othercounterparties• Communicate directly with fund managers and third-party administrators, explainingrequirements of the platform and guiding them through the setup process• Ensure that internal stakeholders (Product & Research, Sales, Client Service, Operations, Legal &Compliance, Marketing) are well informed about onboarding status updates and that expectationsare aligned• Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient processes and procedures; work withthe technology team to automate workflows• Create and maintain KPIs related to fund onboarding• Contribute to the success of Fund Onboarding and broader Operations team’s goals throughOKR framework• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports• Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interestQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline preferred• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably within the hedge fund and/or private equity industry• Knowledge of alternative investments a plus• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros aplus• Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, communication, and time managementskills• Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
