Data Gatheringa. Collect and compile data needed to generate report for clientsb. Cleanse data collected from different entities to standardize format and view of reports2. Prepare Reportsa. Record vital information to create reports that may highlight potential problems and fixesb. Generate and publish graphical report presentation as needed by the businessc. Review of holding or quarantine area to identify causes for incorrect handling of reports or emailsd. Investigate public data information to match against internal data for accuracy.e. Ensure successful and timely uploading of data to the system for commercial and operational usef. Responsible for providing feedback regarding customer inquiries and support requirements related to sales and operations data to immediate superior3. Quality Controla. Ensure accurate and timely reporting for commercial and operational useb. Call out possible discrepancy in the data prior to releasing report through coordination with customer4. Maintain Confidentiality and Data Securitya. Ensure confidentiality of data managed by enforcing security guidelines to keep information gathered and processed protected and do not get breached5. Adherence to CMMI compliance6. Learning and Developmenta. Expand knowledge on business process through cross-skilling and upskilling where and when applicableb. Stay abreast of current technology, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to the team7. Perform other tasks or projects assigned
