Quantity Surveyor will be reporting under Non-Electric Design, which will be responsible in costing preparation & proposal analysis of MERALCO projectsJob Responsibilities:1. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant documents.2. Review building, construction or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost of materials.3. Create price/forecast of the cost of materials needed as well as feasibility studies4. Undergo Quantity Take-off and Plan interpretation5. Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress including forecasting of final cost and sales.6. Material Submission, Ordering, and Procurement7. Supplier/Subcontractor Quotation and Evaluation8. Measure and value work done on site9. Come up with ways to reduce overall cost of a project ensuring best value for moneyJob Qualification:- Licensed Electrical Engineer- Proficiency in AutoCad- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Quantity Surveying or estimation- Willing to be assigned in MERALCO Pasig- Can start ASAPWork Schedule:Monday - Friday, Onsite*Attach your updated resume & CV.
