Develop new business and long term account opportunities through prospecting and cold callingCoordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunitiesBuild sales proposals, including but not limited to the sponsorship plan, prospect lists, and unique pitch components, strategies, and draft activation plansDevelop sales presentations, conduct seminars and participate in meetings with clients and external vendorsProduce all prospecting documents including presentations, proposals, and agency templates for distributionProduce all prospecting documents including presentations, proposals, and agency templates for distributionResearch prospects to discover narratives, brand objectives, KPIs, and personality traits of prospectsAssist in prospect pipeline management, reporting, and data input of a CRM systemPrepare wrap-up reports to include context/commentary around general success or failure of outreach waves and activationsKeep leadership apprised and updated on all key issues and relevant data associated with pre-sales effortsVisit industry events to spark new ideas for partnerships and connect with prospectsProactively source and select new partners across all countriesPreparation of all wrap-up reports to include context/commentary around general success or failure of outreach waves and activationsResearch and develop a list of potential sponsors, exhibitors for Mineski’s portfolio of events and productsEvangelize esports and Mineski to brands and agenciesManage and develop the skill sets of reportsPerform other tasks assigned by Management
