Senior Quantity Surveyor

Duties and Responsibilities1. Develops, implements and controls the project accounting and job costing system to meet project requirements2. Prepares cost monitoring report or cost analysis, and monitors project budget as against actual expenses.3. Reviews plans and specifications related to the project.4. Prepares necessary take-off and cost estimates according project’s scope of works5. Accounts, analyses and prepares report on material consumption based on the times delivered and issued at site as against those installed and billed6. Consolidates and evaluates accomplishment and cost reports vis-à-vis budget. Assists in the preparation of documents to support progress billing and accomplishment.7. Evaluates subcontractor’s progress billing and accomplishment reports.8. Ensures the implementation of the quality objectives of the Department and project’s compliance to the established/ documented procedures.9. Performs other technical and engineering duties that may be required from time to time.Job SpecificationsQuantity, surveying; estimation; costing; computer literate
