Responsibilities:• Work closely with HR, Finance, and other teams to gather reporting requirements, translate them into Workday solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.• Develop advanced reports, including creating calculated fields and maintaining dashboards, to deliver accurate data, analytics and insights to the HR team and the wider organization.• Offer support and mentorship on standard methodologies for reporting, assisting end-users, resolving issues, and providing necessary training.• Collaborate with other team members on multi-functional projects to determine reporting requirements.• Design and develop reporting strategies to include standard operating procedures for data analysis and reporting.• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through effective validation and troubleshooting techniques.• Monitor and optimize the performance of reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues as needed.• Stay updated on Workday releases, trends, and standard methodologies, actively finding opportunities to optimize reporting and improve processes.• Develop Prism Analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards to align with reporting requirements.• Utilize Prism Analytics to integrate external data sources, build datasets, and design custom dashboards Qualifications:• MUST HAVE 2+ years’ experience with Workday Advanced Reporting• Prism Analytics is a plus• Advanced knowledge with Advanced, Composite, Matrix and Trending reporting, Calculated Fields, Prism Analytics, Dashboards, • • • • Discovery Boards, and Worksheets• Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Report Writer, Prism Analytics, or Security (but not required)• Proven track record of architecting, building, and/or developing reporting solutions• Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of system interdependencies• Experience in gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders to provide reporting solutions• Superb communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions• In-depth knowledge of Workday security concepts, domains, security groups, and roles to ensure proper access to the data• Capacity to balance multiple tasks and work on various projects simultaneously• Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining data accuracy and security
