Looking for CSR for Back Office

Job Overview:We are looking for a Back Office Executive with at least 6 months of financial back office experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling key financial administrative tasks, managing financial records, supporting accounting and finance teams, and ensuring smooth backend operations.Key Responsibilities:Financial Data Entry: Process and update financial transactions, invoices, payments, and other financial data accurately in internal systems.Documentation Management: Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports, reconciliations, and budget tracking. Provide support for monthly and quarterly financial closings.Accounts Payable/Receivable Support: Assist in managing and processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Follow up on outstanding payments as required.Transaction Verification: Review and verify financial data for accuracy and completeness before processing.Bank Reconciliation Support: Assist in reconciling bank statements, financial transactions, and reports.Administrative Support: Provide back-office administrative support to the finance team and other departments.Compliance & Audit Support: Help ensure that financial procedures and records are compliant with regulatory and internal policies.Qualifications:HS/SHS GraduateA bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.At least 6 months of financial back office experience (e.g., processing financial transactions, handling accounts payable/receivable, or supporting accounting functions).Experience working with financial software or accounting systems is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salaryTraining and career development opportunitiesA positive work culture with opportunities for growth
