Job Description:1. Security Coordinator- Conduct Orientation and Seminar for security 2. Monthly checking of garbage summary each client 3. CCTV request and concern 4. Assist Government Inspection 5. Food Monitoring - Update client regarding monthly food gatepass delivery 6. Pay Parking - Encoding of Pay parking monitoring Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisorQualifications:-F.E.M.A.L.E-Must have 1 to 3 years working experience in any related field-With property experience is a plus (Real Estate, Construction, Manpower Agency, and Finance)-Bachelor’s degree holder in any related field (Business Administration and Hotel Management/Tourism)-Excellent communication skills-25 to 35 yrs. oldBenefits:Basic Salary 20,000/monthMeal Allowance Paid overtime With Performance Bonus13th month payMandated Government BenefitsLocation: Parañaque City (Near Pearl Plaza and In front of Protacio Hospital)
