Roles & Responsibilities:Application Development:Design, build, and configure applications using the Pega Platform to meet business and application requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for high-quality application development.Implement and customize Pega Platform solutions, adhering to Pega development best practices.Testing & Troubleshooting:Perform unit testing and debug applications to ensure functionality and quality.Provide technical support and guidance to team members, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues.Integration & Architecture:Assess the impact of integration requirements on the technical architecture.Specify integration service requirements and identify cross-team issues, escalating to the appropriate team leads when needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pega Platform development.Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, jQuery, and HTML.Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.Experience designing and implementing Pega solutions, including:Case managementData modelingUser interface developmentFrameworks & Tools:Knowledge of Pega frameworks and Agile methodologies such as Scrum.Familiarity with PRPC Security, packaging, and deployment.Database & Analytical Skills:Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Soft Skills:Strong team collaboration and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record of delivering successful Pega applications.
